Food and drink are always high on the travel agenda, and whether it’s through the barbecues of Nashville or on a tapas trail of Seville, you can dig into the destination’s history and culture through its kitchens. But with a whole world of cuisines on offer – from the more familiar to the exquisitely exotic – it can difficult to know exactly where to tuck in. In this event, in partnership with Intrepid Travel, our expert panel will be on hand to answer all your culinary quandaries, including the best food tours and the cuisines to look out for on your next adventure.

Victoria is the former food editor at the Evening Standard, and now writes about food and travel for publications including The Telegraph and The Times, as well as her own blog, LondonStreetFoodie. Florian Rottensteiner, Intrepid Travel
Intrepid Travel’s business development manager Florian grew up in northern Italy’s beautiful South Tyrol region, and has travelled across the world including South East Asia and New Zealand. A lover of good food himself, Florian heads up Intrepid’s food tours in Italy and has recently returned from the company’s Real Food Adventure in Japan.

Camille is the co-founder of VizEat, Europe’s largest social dining and food experience platform. Hailing from France, she worked and lived in Beijing before bringing her love of food, tech and travel to the masses to help transform the way people travel and eat. vizeat.com
