Eat Drink Love Italian will be serving a mouthwateringly fresh all-day menu. Enjoy a mouthwateringly fresh menu of Italian dishes served at our outdoor #EDLI pavilion. Start the day with espressos and continental breakfast, and finish with aperitivos at the Closing Party with Italian-style aperitivos! We can’t wait to taste their creations.

Wine tasting

Bespoke drink tastings from around the world — all day! Swing by the drinks emporium to sample wines, beers and spirits, chatting to experts about their countries of origin. What does a local tipple say about a destination? Wines of the World are brought to you by Antor.

Austria’s Wine Country
There has always been a special connection between a country’s cuisine and its wines. When it comes to Austrian wine and food, they’re a match made in heaven. Austria’s vibrant wine scene has earned a worldwide reputation for quality and innovation. The incredible thing about Austria is that all of its wine regions are easy to visit. Wines of Cyrpus
Cyprus can proudly claim to have the world’s oldest wine still in production — that of the delicious desert wine Commandaria. The Cyrpus Tourism Organisation has created seven wine routes leading to boutique wineries amidst stunning landscapes. Local varieties such as Mavro, Xinisteri and Maratheftiko are often combined with known wine brands such as Chardonnay, Palomino, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet and Shiraz with excellent results! Sea, sails and seasonal ingredients

Windstar Cruises, the official cruise line of the prestigious James Beard foundation, knows a thing or two about good food. That’s why it appointed chef Graeme Cockburn to oversee its culinary experiences in March this year. An innovator affiliated with the crème de la crème of cuisine (The Gleneagles Hotel, Scotland, Boodles, London; the Pompadour Restaurant, Edinburgh; training under Michel Roux), Cockburn has been developing port-to-port gastronomic experiences, including local market tours, that focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients, and the stories of local sellers, as a portal into the culture of destination guests have docked in.

The Phang factor

Celebrity chef Jonathan Phang, who presents Jonathan Phang’s Gourmet Trains on the Travel Channel, is always after new flavours. We can’t wait for his Caribbean-fusion showcase at the Festival!

“In Chile, I discovered I never want to eat guinea pig again, but fell in love with the carefully balanced flavours of ceviche. Southeast Asia always inspires me; Peranakan food is definitely the next big thing; a great mix of Chinese, Malay and Indonesian cuisine. Macanese food was a huge surprise too, with its blend of herbs and spices from around the world. From dosas and uttapams with green chilli prawns in New Delhi to stone crabs on Miami Beach, I’m inspired by everything I eat, wherever I go.”

Star-studding cooking

Executive chef Norbert Niederkolfer from the exclusive double Michelin-starred Italian restaurant, St. Hubertus at the Rosa Alpina, a glamorous five-star hotel nestled in the Dolomites, will be showcasing his unique culinary style and vision at the Festival, demonstrating luxuriant, zero-waste dishes to wow any future dinner guests.


All tickets are non-refundable. Once the full programme of events has been finalised you will receive an email with instructions on how to book on to individual sessions and talks taking place throughout the day. Your ticket includes access to all sessions and talks (subject to availability).
