Win a seven-night holiday for two to Malawi

National Geographic Traveller (UK) has teamed up with Malawi Tourism to offer you and a guest the chance to win a seven-night getaway to southeastern Africa.

Over four nights, your lakeside base will be the remote Kaya Mawa Lodge, perched on a rocky outcrop on Likoma Island. Located in Lake Malawi, the lodge features two beaches and stunning views over crystal clear water. Spend your time tucking into lakeside dinners, mountain biking around the island and trying out a range of water sports — including sessions with the prestigious PADI dive school.

For the next three nights, you’ll bed down at Mvuu Wilderness Lodge in scenic Liwonde National Park courtesy of Central African Wilderness Safaris, which specialises in luxury wildlife safaris in Malawi.

Mvuu is nestled on the banks of a lagoon just off the Shire River in wildlife-rich Liwonde National Park. Take advantage of included game activites and track elephant on a game drive, spot impala on a nature walk or get close to hippo pods on a river cruise.

South African Airways will take care of international flights. The airline offers flights to the largest route network within Southern Africa with double daily overnight flights from Heathrow to Johannesburg and one daily onward connection to Lilongwe.

Ulendo Airlink, a Malawian airline that flies to destinations in Malawi and Mfuwe in Zambia, will cover your internal flights.
