Terms and Conditions
The first prize is two places aboard Essential Sailing’s yacht in a double cabin, cruising around the French Riviera plus two return (economy) flights from London to Nice, valid for travel between May and October 2012 and subject to availability. The prize includes chauffeur-driven transfers in Nice, seven nights’ half-board accommodation on-board (breakfast & lunch) plus two dinners and drinks (water, soft drinks or wine) with meals.
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered. All incidental expenses are the responsibility of the prize-winner. Prize does not include drinks (except water, soft drinks and wine during meals onboard the yacht), personal spending money and travel insurance. The winner should purchase personal travel insurance prior to travel to France and ensure that they have a valid passport. There are no runners-up prizes.
The competition is open to residents of the UK. Entrants must be over the age of 18. The competition is not open to employees and associates of Essential Sailing or Absolute Publishing Ltd, or their families. Closing date is 20 January 2012 at 11:00am GMT. The promoter is Absolute Publishing Ltd, 197-199 City Road, London, EC1V 1JN. Winners will be notified within 10 days of closing and details of the competition winners will be published in the March/April edition of National Geographic Traveller (UK) 2012. All entrants are automatically opted into receiving further correspondence from National Geographic Traveller (UK), its publisher Absolute Publishing Ltd, Essential Sailing and selected third parties unless otherwise stated on the online form.
